Redundant Measures
o Text Switch Provides for some redundant measures designed to give optimum
---premium to the quality of service rendered to our clients. These include:
• Two production facilities located 100 kilometers apart assuring
-------------uninterrupted work in cases when there are natural disasters or
-------------unexpected eventualities which may cripple work in one area. Both
-------------facilities have back-up generator sets as standby during power
-------------outages.
• A well maintained double redundant internet connections from three
-------------different and independent internet providers so we are always online.
• Servers which are calibrated on RAID technology assuring that no files
-------------will be lost or corrupted in case of unexpected hardware failure.

Tailor fit to suit the client’s special needs, particularly in terms of voice recording and file transfer requirements, Text Switch offers several options in the recording and deliver methods of the finished products.
Our voice file recording method, file transfer options and textfile delivery preferences are illustrated below.
The TEXT SWITCH system can accommodate voice file types including but not limited to WAV, DSS, VOX, MIDI, DAT and PCM.
Yet we also have the capability to readily convert incompatible voice formats thru our voice type converters to acceptable file formats. The client only needs to specify dictation recording preference upon signing in with our text transcription services.
Once the client signs up with us, we create a client log-on account on our website and provides a username and a password to the client. FTP webite interface is accessible by clicking file transfer button on this website.
