TEXT SWITCH has established a fast and easy sign up process following these simple steps:

1. The client dictates for trial or test dictations
2. If the client approves the result of the test dictations, transcription contract is signed
---by client and TEXT SWITCH
3. TEXTSWITCH discusses with the client the template,
---including the naming of the file,letter head/stationery
---preferences. If the client wishes for a personalized or
---customized design, TEXT SWITCH can provide the client a
---variety of new templates from where to choose from
4. TEXT SWITCH checks and interlinks with the upload/
---download system of the client
5. TEXT SWITCH requests for some dead files and past
---transcripts from client for additionalfamiliarization with the
---client’s dictation style
6. The client sends live dictations and TEXT SWITCH starts with
---providing required medical transcription services
