Text Switch compensation system for the base occupation – Medical Transcriptionist (MT) is designed along a reward system offering incentives per line after the MT reaches the required minimum quota. It gives flexibility to the MT to earn more as he or she becomes more productive.

                98 % ACCURACY QUALITY, 8 HOURS OF WORK, 20 days per Month

Text Switch pays per line using 65 computer characters (including punctuations and spaces). Each line an MT does is paid a certain peso value per line provided it reaches the industry required quality or accuracy of 98%. Lower quality lowers also the rate in corresponding proportion.
