Training is consists of comprehensive lectures on Basic Grammar & English, Medical, and Basic Computer and internet Usage. An orientation to the AAMT Book of Style and the importance of HIPAA Rules are emphasized. Hands-on practice is the core of the training. Evaluation of the training performance is an assessment of both the academic and the hands-on.

Once a qualified trainee already passed the minimum eligible requirement for an entry level to our workforce, a probationary contract agreement will be released. Compensation/ payment options depend upon the level and category of the transcriptionist. Regular status will be given as soon as employee has proven that he is qualified and fit for the work and has proven a working industry standard required of the status. A competitive compensation awaits those who qualified for a regular employment status and the mandatory and statutory benefits will be afforded to all regular-status employee.
